On November 23rd, 2023 I ordered a TacCon 3MR AR trigger from Trigger Empire. I received an email stating that my order was received, and that it would be fulfilled soon. I never received anything. I called them several times over the course of 3 months, only to hear that it was "going out soon", which never happened. I sent an email in February 2024 letting them know that my patience had run out, and that I wanted the trigger I ordered or a refund, or I was going to take legal action against them. I finally got an email from someone claiming to be the owner, which ensured me the trigger was going to be sent to me AND I would receive a refund. I still have not received either. They do not answer the phone when I call, and they do not respond to emails. I have never received any merchandise from them, and I have never received a refund.
Do NOT do business with Trigger Empire. They will take your money and it will be your loss.....
