Troy Rabidoux - Union Home Mortgage Disappointed. Dishonest Person Rochester Hills Michigan
*Consumer Comment: Failure To Confirm
I recently went to Denny's and our waiter was troy rabidoux. He overheard me talking about getting a new mortgage for our home purchase. Troy said he could help and his quote was great so we applied with him. The process took way to long and troy disappeared right after we signed the application and gave him everything he needed. At the closing my rate was over 1 percent higher than his quote. Troy was no where to be found and I was stuck with a really bad payment. I was very disappointed with Troy rabidoux and I would never use him again

Failure To Confirm

There was a period of time from when you applied to the closing. You would have received documents prior to closing which stated the proposed APR. You could have called the lender PRIOR TO CLOSING to confirm the APR. Bottom line is YOU did not READ the contract for the loan nor did you confirm ahead if time what the APR was. When the closing time came, you rewarded him for the increase. Again, where in the world do you people come from with such an incredible lack of financial common sense???
