I purchased a LazyBoy office chair that got stuck in the recline position. After contacting the manufacturer well within the warranty period, I was told it needed a replacement part, [seat plate].

After waiting almost 2 months for the part to arrive, I installed the new part but the issue persist. After multiple attempts to contact True Innovations, they do not respond. What a scam.
