1. Easy cracked screen replacement for IPad working upon drop off, with no other issues. 

2. Upon first boot up of “repaired” IPad the screen was half dark. Further damages included not staying powered on unless plugged into an outlet and still intermittently powering off.

3. Returned to another store, in my home state, for repair of UBreakIFix’s additional damages.

End result was the IPad was replaced with the same model, no documents provided. When I shared and requested a refund of the payment made to get the screen repaired, by both email and phone conversations, my request was ignored. I believe UBreakIFix engaged in theft. The service purchased, cracked screen on a working IPad and return to the consumer in the state it was left at the store., was NOT delivered.

We trusted UBreakIFix to rectify the damages incurred on our IPad as a result of multiple breakages that were incurred ,while the IPad was in the possession of the company. I would never wait to contact my credit card company again, if a business did not deliver the service we paid them for.

The entire back and forth interactions for the varied issues took over 2 MONTHS via: multiple emails and phone calls with corporate resolutions staff, 80 mile round trip visits to a Florida store location, a trip to the Post Office, loss of usage of the IPad AND of course charging us for a service that was incomplete and inferior.

I would never entrust any electronics to  UBreakIFix or the linked Assurian Company.
