A client or customer of this company hit my Gmc yukon truck in the back at a Walmart parking lot and left her information on my windshield. my wife works at the Walmart and was driving the truck that day. the insurance company told us to take the truck to an assigned body shop for cost estimate of repair. the estimate was sent to them. This incident happened September 2, 2022. I have called them numerous times but no response. We are in December but my truck is still not fixed.
Claim Number: 0800227001
Policy#: TXY 040775705. My truck uptill now is not fixed. No response from them either. United Automotive Insurance has not responded to my claim loss since September 9th 2022.

You have alot to learn. That Adjustor works for the insurance company and has allegiance ONLY to them. His/her job is to arrange it so the insurance company gets by paying as little as possible. Neither this Adjustor nor the insurance company are your friends...PERIOD! From what you described, this COLLISION was entirely the fault of their insured driver. STOP BEING A DOORMAT!!! You have insurance, right? Call them and they will go after this driver for payment. That's what you pay them for. You can also look into hiring YOUR OWN independent adjustor who works FOR YOU and looks out for you.
