Urban Security Solutions of Tennessee Ripped me off for time, effort and wages MEMPHIS Tennessee

Complaint Details Urban Security Solutions approached me because they found my resume online. I worked there for two weeks. The first week was 60 hours and they paid me incorrectly (not the 60 hours I worked and not at the 1099 $14/hour rate - I was supposed to be hired as a W-2 (fraud), but since I was made a a 1099 USS owes me all the money). They paid the $180 difference by check the second week (instead of right away because it was convenient for them - a mailed paper check one week later). They paid the second week incorrectly (it was supposed to be for 61 hours but they paid 54 hours - there was $98 due (the missing 7 hours at $14/hr.) missing from my check). Also, I have evidence of the lost hours on paper and electronically and the fact the there was one uniform issue (a polo shirt for which I was charged $35, the money was never refunded) - the shirt was returned to their office at 6000 Poplar Avenue Suite 250 the day I quit. Urban Security owes me a total of $133. Since they seem to have no financial responsibility (these things were all discussed with their HR and they stated in writing that they were not concerned and "not moved" - they considered these questions and the fact that they would be reported to regulatory agencies as "threats" - they were just promises - don't pay? Get reported), the customer we served needs to be notified (they paid USS and they have proof of my hours due to sign ins) because they paid USS who did not pay me properly. I also logged in and out of the post electronically via the USS pay app. More proof. Also, the Attorney General may need to investigate USS' conduct and obvious financial impropriety with an audit of ALL of their books and the licensing arm of the Department of Insurance and Commerce (Armed Guards Division) may want to investigate all of the USS sites and all guards to be certain that others are not affected. Since USS was not "moved" by my promise to report them, this listing could serve as the clerical laxatives to now "move them" (to stop jerking people around and pay me correctly).
