USA Legal Plan / USA Legal Aid Chris Garcia They took my money, I hardley remember the phone call but they took my money and added another "company name" to take more money for that. Riverton Utah

I was calling around to try and get attorney help, I found one that said Legal Aid Help, I pulled the website up, I called the phone # on the website, 800-435-6088. I talked to a buy named Garcia, ext 312.  At this time I was not even in a state of mind to get into any kind of contract., I was crying, hard and I was so emotionally messed up)  

I noticed the 3 amts taken from my bank account but was confused one one of them. There was another business name but the exact same phone # on the transaction as for USA legal plan.  (Trans Greatshoppersavings co.) phone #  on both to use for transaction was 800-853-2160

I tried to call this # and my phone kept ending and making me "RETRY" 

I went through all of my paperwork from when I was trying to find help with an attorney which was 800-435-6088. I tried to call that and it told me I can win $100 but no other options. I tried it again and instead of waiting I pushed 0 to and a lady came on, I told her I needed to talk to someone about a charge on my acct and she hung up on me.

I received a call from 800-583-2071 and a guy "Chris" he told me that I signed up for the plan so they took the money. I told him I never signed up for anything. He told me I never heard from an attorney because I never signed up on their website. that tells you how out of it I was. I dont remember much of this conversation at all. In my notes I dont have anything saying I had to go onto the website to signup. 

If I never signed up that means I am not in the contract.

I feel like these guys are just  scammers, complete

It shows Usa Legal Plan but they just want money from you

Why were they taking more money from my acct for something different.

I kept trying to get a call back from this alst # but since what happened to me with the other calls I dont want to even talk to them. They wont reimburse me because they believe "I signed up for the program" I dont show anything I signed.
