U.S.Travel Brokers They took our 8000. And promised us discount travel . They were not honest about the process of doing .have all sorts of papers and they will not let me talk they are very unprofessional . They didn’t even let you talk to anyone in corporate , give the owners name or provide anyone’s email to talk to them . You can only talk to sales people who want to book you a vacation sight unseen City Wilmington Wilmington DE

I have tried dealing with this company over the last few months . They didn't even respond to the Better Business Bureau request for answers . They will not let me have a name of someone in corporate no email address . After 20 calls they have stoped answer my phone calls . And now they have changed their website to read you must call . They are trying to protect themselves because they have been dishonest with me . I have lots of papers and have written down all the times I have called them . If you need to see any of my paper work . Please send me an address and I will mail everything I have . It's a bad company and a fraud . They take your money and no one will talk to me .8000.00 is a lot of money and we have nothing to show for it .

US travel brokers has turned out to be a great company . They have worked with me to solve my issue . They have refunded my money , been so polite and honest. I would recommend them as a travel company to anyone . Thank you US travel brokers for being honest , polite and working to resolve my issue . Helene

Whatever ever gave you the idea they needed to respond to the BBB??? Apparently you don't know who the BBB is and most, importantly, what the BBB ISN T! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB is NOT part of ANY law enforcement entity. As such, despite their DECEPTIVE reference to them being a "bureau", the BBB and all their PHONY BALONEY has ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything and has ZERO POWER to enforce ANY business laws. The ONLY purpose of the PHONY BALONEY BBB is to SELL their FAKE RATINGS and their FAKE ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which wants to BUY an "A+" PHONEY RATING which is MEANINGLESS since it is PAID FOR. Understand, I'm not saying you weren't treated improperly by this business. What I am saying is the BBB with all their BS is NOT your friend and NOT going to help you. Your complaint to them about this business is now a SALES LEAD and they will now badger this business to BUY an "A+" BS rating. The BBB with all their PHONY BALONEY BS is a PAY FOR PLAY scheme.
