uto vacations we paid for a vacation to China and Thailand in full, sent in paperwork , to only be notified the paperwork needed double signaturs , we never got email they said they sent asking for this ,i have electronic record ,and they cancelled our trip without notifying ,email or anything, no followup as a travel agent that advertises service should do. this was our trip of a life time as we are poor and have both cancer that will end our lives . it was a simple fix to send another unnessacery signature , if so important then call us, you would if we owed u money .since then getting run around , talked to a david said others are cancelling ,we may be able to get on still same trip, when i did not her back and called  he is on a business trip for weeks, no other follow up , again appears smoke being blown , we have been so ptient with this company , reviews scare me that i read , they gave us credit but all  changed pricing is out of our reach, this seems to be why we were offerred trip for less then baited to buy more expensive trip, other clients have stated this same feeling, i await to see the true nature of this companies ethics and business practices . they would not give me telphone ,email to contact david directly, we are so heart broken . this trip was  our dream and they do not seem to care ,
