This was my first visit with this veterinary's office, my vet was sick and couldn't take her. I want to tell what happened to me. It took peppy my dogs name to the VCA Palmetto Aminal Hospital for a appointment 10:00 Just a office visit.  That morning. Peppy and I were going there she was happy to get to ride. I got there approximately 9:25 Filled out form I was put in a room with my dog by 9:30.

Peppy was sitting beside me. I waiting for the vet to come in. Peppy's had been on lasix. For water retaining. But she was not taken in half dead. She was breathing more than normal, She was happy. Noithing life threatening. Two young girls came in and got her within minutes. I told them peppy would bite. I waited and waited. No veterinarian came in. No girls came back. It was over a hour. Still no one came in. This was not procedure.

I should have been left in there until the vet could see me and my dog. Never have I been in a vet's office and they not brought me and my dog in and I talked with the vet before they do anything to my dog, they didn't ask me anything about my dog, two young girls just took peppy to the back. The vet knew nothing about my dog she didn't see my dog so how would she have know the condition of my dog without seeing her ????

One hour and about, 20 minutes later vet with Brown hair came in. Said peppy needed to stay in hospital. Or be put down. I was in shock. She was doing fine when we came in just to get meds. Vet knew then what the deal she was. She came back in a few minutes said my dog was dying and there was no saving her, peppy was in electo something. Peppy was too far gone to save her now. She was suffering only a little heart beat. I didn't want her suffering so I had vet put down. I couldn't bear her suffering.

Not knowing what those two girls did to my dog. I was in shock. I was not doing well myself at the time. So I took peppy in in box and burried her. I went there and she was doing ok. I knew she needed meds not death. Now I know what they did to my dog. Putting muzzle on her and left it on and too tight. You have to leave room for the dog to pant and can open month enough to breathe. They aren't suppose to leave that muzzle on for no more than 20 minutes.

They had to run a lot of tests to make that bill high. By law that vet has got to be within range if those girls needed help. They let my dog suffer tremendously. They didn't care no skin off their back. This went on for a hour and 20 minutes. Then vet comes tells me hospital or put her down then 5 minutes later peppy is to far gone to save. I paid the bill.

So I got it together and called that office. Receptionist told me that the veterinarian had blonde hair well I'm a hairdresser by trade she didn't have blonde hair she had brown hair there's a big difference between blonde and brown and believe me I know because I did hair for 36 years. So the next day the vet call me and I told her what had happened that she did she didn't come in that room like she should have done and talked with me about Peppy they should have let me stay in that room until that vet came in that room to me.

When the vet got to peppy puppy was in terrible shape so the the vet thought that's how I brought her in. If peppy was in bad shape why didn't they come get me not when she is all but dead. I got a big problem with this. They didn't know no difference so when I told her what the deal was and what had happened she told me that my dog had didn't they didn't put a muzzle on her you might as well slap me in the face because my dog will eat you up she will bite you I knew they put a muzzle on her.

So then I know the vet lied to me and then she turns around and says you're the one that put her down if I should have told me face to face it'll been war. They caused my puppy tremendous suffering at their hands they're like wild animals working in that place they don't care they're there for a paycheck and I wouldn't be surprised if the vet didn't get a big kick back of all the money she takes in it's a money making racket.

I don't think they care about animals myself it's all about the money I can't believe that they done my dog this way when my dog was in their suffering why didn't they come get me they didn't do that they let her lay there till she was almost dead then they come and get me I wouldn't take nothing to them absolutely nothing please don't take your animals to this place it's just a money maker for them I don't see the compassion I don't see the love I don't see anything but I don't care spirits.

I'm a Christian and I'm going to tell the truth that vet is a very smooth operator she's trained to work for this company they hand-picked their people for they'll do what they want them to do my neighbor told me that she took her dog there and had a $700 bill when I left a man was checking out with his bill and it was way over $500.

What they're doing time you get in a room they're taking your animal to the back and running as many tests as they can run for they can run that bill up before the vet even talks to you this is unethical and I don't think they can do this by law without talking to the person's owner I've never heard Tell of such when you go in veterinarian's  office you're putting a room you wait on the vet to talk to you.

Way over an hour is too long they kept my peppy back there and look what they did to her. It ending her life. I'm going to end up in court with these people and I will get the truth when there's more than one person or three persons involved in it I will get the truth I feel it ought to be criminal charged. I've made up my mind it's going to be war between them and  I because I'm not going to allow them to take my pet down the way they did without no compassion at all.

They going to pay for what they done dearly because I'm not going to stop until I'm finished. Please don't take your pets to any of these places take your pets to a veterinarian that has compassion and love for an animal and will take care of your animal I lost mine because of what these people done and that vet knows now that I know the truth.

I will get them it's just going to be a matter of time I don't I'm not going to stop they going to answer for what they've done and you know the truth they don't need license hanging on the wall I'm going through LLLR I'm going through the veterinarians where they get their license I'm going through all of it. Let it fit the crime. They ain't fit to run a business when you put money above A Pet's care I know what they're doing I put it all together. The mistake I made was to take my dog there and my peppy is in the grave today because of it. Sorry place.

Please let your friends and family know about this place where they won't take their pets there please I'm begging you do not take your animal there. If you love your animal do not take them to Palmetto animal Hospital. I remain a very hurt. I am heart broken....because I know how my precious little Chihuahua died. She had so much love to give.

I'm not going to stop until the lady is over and it ain't over yet I fight him in court tooth and nail whatever it takes. They're not going to hurt and torture my poor baby the way they done. Just to make some tests to make that money. I know the truth.... God put it on my heart to know.
