The fence installation was great. My review is about the boss and the employees. When everyone of the representatives of this company came to our home, they all agreed that my fence was failing and eventually fell over due to my neighbors deck crumbling into it. The weight from the cement from my neighbors crumbling deck eventually pushed my fence over. The first person who measured, second person who measured and the installer all concurred with this. When the time came to get a letter from this company explaining this, they refused me. I was first told that it was in my past estimate. I took a photo and sent it to them showing them I was not stated in any estimate. And the boss told one of the employees to tell me they would not to be involved. However, it is the truth and stated by these employees. I am the person who paid for the fence, the customer. But they will not do the right thing, be honest and write what was verbally told to me over numerous occasions. I cannot support a company that lies, or fails to do the right thing, especially if it's for their customer.
