I was scammed and my deposit money was stolen by Richard Martinez, aka. Rich, Richie Rich, Ron. Who is based somewhere in Southern CA.

Rich offers to help find and broker your vehicle through his company called VIP Investments, LLC, out of Helena Montana. Which is a temporary LLC he uses until his fraud catches up to him. He uses the Montana LLC to avoid paying vehicle tax, and to hide behind the corporate umbrella. Rich uses Chase Bank as his primary business account. I’ve notified Chase Bank, but I can't believe they are still doing business with this criminal.

Rich’s scam is to lure you in with his trust to allow him to find a vehicle for you, once he has bragged about all the celebrities he is currently helping  or have worked with, he asked for  a deposit on good faith.  That deposit you give is never used for deposit of your vehicle. He takes your money, then slowly starts stalling you, then ultimately stops all contact with you.

I’ve contacted my local bank, his bank and finally the authorities to report the fraud. Rich told me he specializes in vehicle purchases, home purchases, Custom Jewelry sales, personal credit report manipulation and scores. Business D&B credit manipulation and Paydex scores, fake tax returns, fake bank statements, and much more.

Rich as no business cards, no physical office, and no employees working for him, or anyway to contact him but by cellphone. He markets and scams people through his many Instagram accounts, or word of mouth, in which he claims to do business with “A” list celebrities, singers, athletes, and rappers.

Rich likes to say he works with Manhattan Leasing Valley Stream, NY ,Manhattan Funding, VIP Events LA & FL, Exotic Rentals LA & FL, and more. Rich is married and has a adult child attending San Diego University in CA. His California Dealers License #03766

“Buyer Beware”

If this person contacts you, report him to the local authorities or the FBI. Also notify your banking institutions fraud department immediately. Do not give him any of your ID/Drivers license information or funds.

Thanks Alexandria Guerra for your response. Your comment doesn’t really solve the theft. If you really want to help, have your family return the money.
