That VIP - petcare Would not refill my pets prescription they do not care about my dogs health: Benson Arizona

I had somebody drive me over to tractor supply in Benson Arizona; where VIP - petcare goes to this store on Saturdays at 4:00 p.m. and every other week they do not show up on Saturday six people and myself was sitting there for 1- hour and 15 minutes and nobody showed up.

I guess they do not feel like doing their jobs and caring for pets, but when they are there? (They charge a fortune) and again this Saturday they are not showing up at the store yet again. I was told by the cashier and I appreciate it because I would have made a trip up there for nothing like four other occasions and I called them VIP pet care.

A woman told me unless we see your animal and do blood work we will not give you heartworm medication. I told them my dog's been on the medication every month like clockwork and he doesn't have heartworms but he will because of you're incompetence that you will not give me another year of heartworm medication.

I told them after I get home from the hospital, I will bring him up to make sure he does not have heartworms (when you do his blood work)? But that is all they want is the money for the blood work; they don't care that they are going to make my dog do without it his heartburn medication for a month because they are not showing up to do their job on this upcoming Saturday......(in which case I know he does not have heartworms.

But because of these incompetent vets that go to tractor supply in Benson Arizona they will make my dog get heartworms because the mosquitoes are fierce because of the monsoon rains that have been hitting the mosquitoes are like that's at this time of year.

I told them that I need to go for medical surgery that I am not going to be able to make it to see your vet August 13th because you're not going to show up on August 8th like you're supposed to because I'm going to be in the hospital and you obviously don't care about my dog because you would make sure he has the proper medications to avoid him from getting deathly ill from heartworms.

So it's not about the dogs well-being it's all about the cash the dollar talks and you don't care about my dog's health because you called in for this next come upcoming Saturday August 8 th 2022 at 4:00 p.m. and I will be in the hospital the following Saturday.

My dog will be going on two and a half weeks to 3 weeks without his heartworm medication and the mosquitoes because of the rain is out of control here and that is how the dogs get the heartworm and dogs get sick and could die from the mosquitoes.

Well the VIP - vetcare didnt care and they told me, until our vet sees your dog we cannot give you a refill which is ridiculous. I bought a year's supply of heart worm medication heartgard Plus for 25 lb dogs and he has gotten a pill on the 6th of every month since last year and now I am out.

they want him to do without it for 3 weeks so he can want to get an infection from heartworms... Lesson learned. This vet can care less about your dog's health and well-being it is about taking your money and cleaning out your wallet. They do not care that your pet does not have the necessary medications so your animal does not get sick.

They basically told me we do not care that your dog does not have the heartworm medication. So they basically told me we do not care that your dog will get sick and die... if I was you I would not use this Vet at tractor supply company. It is a great business to buy your pet food and items that you need for your pet but I would not suggest you use this vet they are beyond incompetent.
