I had a laptop fail so I purchased a new one.  An ACER NITRO 5 with Windows 10 with the option to upgrade to Windows 11. Requiring an older copy of Microsoft, I ordered it online from Viperkeys.com.

Prior to upgrading to Windows 11, I attempted to load their product.  The product failed to load. It came down to their Key Code being 32-Bit and my computer is a 64-Bit. They claim if requesting a refund to simply contact them.

Once I did, all communication stopped from them. Further online research discovered the business has a history of ripping off its buyers.

Ripping off customers...

AUTHOR: Karl - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, November 07, 2021

is what keeps the Global System afloat. If business was conducted honestly in America, Wall Street companies (most of them) would not realize the huge profits they are currently making.

Fraud, greed, deception, manipulation, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure the innocent people living in America and all over the world is what keeps much of the Global System afloat.

Trillions upon Trillions of dollars continue to be printed out of thin air in order to keep the corrupt and failed system afloat. Soon, the entire system’s gonna blow. Just watch.

Good luck to you!

Since Office 2016 there are not seperate keys for 64bit and 32bit. When a vendor provides a key it is not the key you use to activate Office. It is the key you add to your Microsoft Account. That then generates the install key. Digital distribution of all Office version has been this way since 2019 was released. All OEM from every major provider has been this way for a few years now.   If you go into your MS account there is an option to download the installer. IT will give you the choice of 32bit or 64bit. 32Bit is best if you have any LOBs that need to have Office add ins.

The Download issue is a different issue though. If you are behind a Enterprise Grade Firewall like Meraki or Sonic Wall it could be blocking the TCP/IP streams that Office installs with.
