VRBO Have not received refund for cancelled trip. texas austin

I reserved a rental home and then cancelled it,  the reason I cancelled was the home was not large enough, so I rented another home from them for the same date that I paid in full because I had to to hold the reservation.  I  was told I would receive a full refund in 10 business days for the original cancelled reservation.  I did not,  i contacted them again and was told they made a mistake and would receive a full refund in 10 more business days.   IToday is May 1st and I was supposed to be refunded on March 24.  To date I have spent 6 hours on the phone and sent 23 emails.   I am still waiting for my 336.81 refund.  Please help me
