Chest Freezers at a special sale price, but my order was unexpectedly blocked. This blockage happened without any prior notification, leading to financial loss as the price increased by $35 each when I finally noticed.

Further aggravating this situation was the response from Walmart's customer service. On December 1, 2023, a representative assured me that the original sale price would be honored the following Friday. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled, adding to my disappointment.

This experience is not isolated. Over the years, my wife and I have faced several instances where our purchases were unjustly blocked. Each time, we received little to no valid explanation from Walmart. This pattern of behavior has caused us significant inconvenience and distress, particularly as we rely on online shopping for essential items due to my wife's health conditions.
