According to the Oklahoma State Statutes, it is a felony to cause someone's suicide. That is not something I believe the Waurika Fire Department would participate in. Suicide is defined as taking your life by causing harm to yourself with the intent of ending your life. if you caused or assisted with a suicide, you could be charged with a crime in Oklahoma. The punishments for helping someone commit suicide or causing suicide can be severe. HOW DOES THE LAW DEFINE CAUSING HOMICIDE? The law defines the crime of causing homicide as intentionally causing a person to commit suicide through force, deception, or duress. Therefore, if someone threatens to shoot a person if they do not jump off a building, that would be considered causing suicide. The person did not touch the victim or shoot the victim, but the person’s actions intentionally caused the victim to take his own life. Causing duress could take the form of any type of harassment such as repeated noise harassment involving a continuous pattern of planned harassment that involves various types of sound to annoy or harass someone over a period several months or years. Loud aircraft, or drones over someone's work or home, loud sirens or car horns repeatedly going off everyday near the victim's home or near where the victim works also counts as a form of harassment that would cause duress. Noticeably following or stalking someone with intent to cause duress also falls into this category. Duress includes bullying someone or harassing someone to the point that the person takes their own life. It could also involve telling someone that they are worthless, and they should kill themselves. Cyber bullying also falls into this category. Assisting suicide involves helping someone commit suicide. A charge of assisting suicide requires that the defendant had knowledge that someone intended to commit suicide and did one of the following two things: The defendant intentionally provided the physical means for the victim to commit or attempt to commit suicide, OR, The defendant participated in the physical act that resulted in the victim’s suicide or attempted suicide WHAT ARE THE PUNISHMENTS FOR ASSISTING SUICIDE AND CAUSING SUICIDE IN OKLAHOMA? Causing suicide is a Level 3 felony. The sentencing range for a Level 3 felony is three to 16 years in prison. You could also face a fine of up to $20,000. Assisting suicide is charged as a Level 5 felony. Level 5 felonies have a sentencing range of one to six years in prison. Each felony has an advisory sentence that falls within the sentencing range. The length of the sentence depends on numerous factors. If you have a criminal record or there are aggravating factors in your case, a judge can sentence you to the maximum penalty for the crime which could be up to life in prison. Judge Dennis Gay said that Jared Henderson was on a watchlist because he smoked marijuana and did other drugs. He also told me that yes airplanes were following him because he had a tendency to get into fights and he would yell at people for no reason. So they had to put him on a watchlist. Stephen Dyer had nothing to do with it!! The volunteer fire fighters from the Waurika Fire Department are all good Christian people! I don't believe they would ever say that they would never extinguish the house fire of an LGTQ person! I don't agree with those people, but I don't think that anyone at the Waurika Fire Department would say that!

What you said in your comment about the Waurika Fire Department is your opinion and you're entitled to it. But I believe you're opinion is wrong. Waurika Firefighters and police officers who respond to emergency calls are heroes! They deserve our respect and admiration for the dangerous jobs undertaken for the greater good of our homes, surroundings, and even our very lives.

The duties of an officer are the safety, honor, and welfare of your country first; the honor, welfare, and comfort of the men in your command second; and the officer’s own ease, comfort, and safety last! Stephen Dyer is a Christian man and he and his wife attends the First Christian Church in Waurika every Sunday. He has been a born again Christian for the past 35 years and has Christian values that he follows everyday.

He donates money to good causes and participates in Bible study at the First Christian Church in Waurika, Oklahoma. Josh Berry is also a born again Christian and he and his wife attend the Methodist Church in Waurika, Oklahoma. He also donates his money to good causes, and does weekly Bible study at the Methodist Church.

Josh Berry is a very brave and patriotic man. He served a few years in the Army and was awarded many medals for his bravery. After he received his honorable discharge from the Army, he trained to become the best and bravest firefighter in the state of Oklahoma! CJ Keith is also a born again Christian man and has been a Christian for the past 30 years.

He expresses his values and Christian virtues daily! He also trained to become a volunteer firefighter but has also worked as a corrections officer. He believes in and lives by the Christian values and believes in serving and honoring his community. He is a also a very brave young man and attends church every Sunday.

These are three of the firefighters who are volunteer firefighters from the Waurika Fire Department who do a fine job at fighting fires and keeping the citizens safe in not just Jefferson County Oklahoma, but in the surrounding areas too! Regardless of what a person may believe these brave men will honor and serve their community to keep that person safe even if the life that person lives is sinful according to the word of God.
