Wayland Auto purchased a vehicle from a state auction that disclosed damages to the vehicle, including "trunk floor kinked and both quarters buckled." This was confirmed by Experian's AutoCheck service. They quickly listed this vehicle for sale as "Clean Carfax", since the damages hadn't registered in Carfax yet (they only appear after 6 months, and this is common knowledge among dealers).

Wayland then sold this vehicle to me as having a "clean Carfax," as I mentioned above. I have all of documentation and they later refunded my purchase in full to avoid a legal action.
