Caused by this company:  Web Transport LLC (prev. JDK Transport Inc.), i experienced a big delivery delay, extortion, fraud , threatening , insults, descrimination. 

This is the worst dispatch I ever had with all the following circumstances .

The company was : Web Transport LLC (prev. JDK Transport Inc.)

On the date of 11/11/2022 I listed on central dispatch brand new 2023 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED   for an amount of $600 , then I was contacted by Web Transport LLC (prev. JDK Transport Inc.) and they offered to pick me up and asked me to increase the price to $700, and I agreed to that.

When driver arrived to the dealership , i got call and text from dispatcher( jemali kikava ), dispatcher  said this car to big to fit trailer and i have to pay $900-1000 for this load, dispatcher was cursing, threatening and using all kind of explicit language , he was saying i lied him and i dispatched lifted car however vehicle was absolutely original, “ btw i did provided vin number in advance “ , also this company could call to dealership in advance and ask additional info. 

 While dispatcher was demanding more money than we agreed on central vehicle already was loaded on his trailer and dealer said driver had no problem to load, however dispatcher was still cursing and demanding more money after vehicle was already loaded, i have to add  it was original stock 2023 jeep wrangler rubicon not purposely lifted, brand new and just came from manufacturer. Also jemali kikava was continuing cursing and threatening , manager of dealership Joseph Reed was trying to check insurance and driver’s license of truck driver ,however jemali kikava called to dealership and cursed at Joseph Reed, due to strange and inappropriate  behavior dealership called to BENTONVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT  , police came and checked insurance and driver license of driver and let him go.

Above police arrival vehicle was already loaded on the truck and because the actual driver was normal and legit they let him leave a dealership, however all this time the dispatcher kept cursing and insulting me and the dealership.

jemali kikava (George)  , was saying he always gets what he wants , and i'll pay more for delivery and he will get more money above and against dispatch.

The delivery driver was late 3-4 days because the delivery day was on 11/14/2022 but they delivered on 11/17 and the main time they said I should call the police to search our vehicle.  

He said call to cops again. 

This company is operated by a person who is dangerous to the public and he is operating his business out of hate and misleading. I am attaching all texts that he sent us, this is very disturbing and shows his mental health.
