Wells Fargo Active Cash Credit Card Wells Fargo Bank violated Federal Disclosure Laws San Francisco California

Right now every American should be aware of Credit Card Scams that are perpetrated by the Banks themselves.  Wells Fargo Bank advertises their Active Cash Credit Card everywhere online even with the Credit Reporting Companies.  They lie in their ads stating that you will get a $200 cash reward if you spend $500 in a certain amount of time.  They fail to tell that if you are not a Wells Fargo Bank Customer that you are going to probably never get that reward regardless if you comply with everything.  Also that even if you do, you cannot collect $200,  they only pay out in increments of $25.  Also they fail to disclose that if you want to make a payment on your credit card whenever you want, they will only allow you to make four credit card payments per month.  That is against the law in California.  Upon applying for the card, instead of getting a yay or nay response it said pending.  I have a 766 credit score so I am more then qualified to get their card.  This behavior is illegal.  They are required to say if you are approved and they are required by law to send you a letter stating which credit agency they looked at to make the determination.  Again I made the mistake of not looking for their name in google before applying for the card.  There are hundreds of consumer reports against them.  They are a sham operation, and no one should trust them.  Do not jeopardize your credit by doing business with Wells Fargo.  And if you want to apply for a credit card, look up complaints before you apply.  Please be careful because in todays world, credit is hard to come by and your credit score is even harder to get up.  Beware of Target Red Card, and Synchrony Bank Cards like TJ Maxx,  Also never do business with Dell Financial Services.   Be Safe
