DO NOT VISIT WEST FRISCO HEALTH AND WELLNESS! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

First of all, they have very young girls at the front desk that clearly don't know what they are doing. On my first visit, one of them yelled "wassup new customer, let me guess- u be here about your weight!??"

All of the doctors are extremely rude. The physicians and nurse practitioners do not care about your well being or your finances. They do NOT return phone calls or emails, EVER!  Services are double the price of anywhere else in the area. Double masks are mandatory. Nurse Practitioner told me "you don't want to be fat forever, do you?"

I was charged 6 times for the same exact visit. No doubt the high school girls at the front desk that barely understand english copied my credit card information because i started having random charges from amazon on my statement the very next day after my first appointment.

Dr. Berg and Nurse Practitioner Xiawen Lowe asked me " you didn't really vote for Trump, did you?" Also, 4 days after my first visit they prescribed the wrong medication and i had to drive to their office because they don't answer their phones, literally! Try it, you will see. Then she said i had to pay for another visit if i had any questions about what they prescribed me! haha.

This was the absolute most unprofessional medical visit i have ever had in my entire life, and i encourage everyone reading this to stay clear! They are very bad people that do not care about you.
