Window Genie (Franchise located in Killeen, Texas) Owner: Eric Stolen Christmas Lights Killeen Texas

My family has hired this company to build, install, and store our custom Christmas lights. They have worked with both myself and my mother-in-law. 

The trouble started in January of 2023. My mother-in-law told the company not to pick up her lights. She planned to store them. She came home one day in January to find them gone. 

I requested that the company return the lights during November 2023, but they repeatedly denied having ever picked them up. My mother-in-law has always maintained the lights were taken, and I checked her property. I can confirm she doesn’t not have them, and I do remember her remarking that Window Genie took her lights in January 2023 in spite of her demand for them to leave the lights. 

In parallel with the stolen lights their customer service has degraded over the last year to what I would call less-than-Walmart. At least Wal-mart charges low prices and doesn't steal your lights.
