Windward Engineers Won't Pay My 401K Retirement (Atlanta, Georgia)

I & #39;m beginning to believe that they never invested for us, or perhaps they spent the money on their latest failure - Real Estate Ventures. & nbsp; I & #39;ve found Windward & #39;s current losses posted online:

I & #39;d worked for Windward Engineers for 22 years, and I & #39;d paid into what was supposed to be a matching 401-K plan, that was supposedly banked with (and invested by?) BOA. & nbsp; I & #39;ve called all the usual suspects at BOA, and they never heard of Windward Engineers or its 401K plan. & nbsp; Emails to the top managers at Windward remain unanswered, and their secretaries screen and disconnect my calls. & nbsp; I & #39;ve lost at least $325,000. & nbsp; What can I do? & nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.
