Wiring Harness Restoration Overcharged for the service provided and took way to long! . Kearns Utah

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They are a money hungry company. Here is our story about what happen. 2005 Chevy 2500HD that had rodent damage to the main engine, transmission, headlight and interior wiring harnesses. Sent the harnessees to Wiring Harness Restoration for quote to "restore harnesses". Took about a week to get the quote for the restoration. Quote was a little over 3000.00 dollars for the bronze plan, which is what we accepted was told a time frame of 9-10 months for the time line of repair. Had to sign a contract that protects them from any and all liabilty. (Need an attorney to read it before you sign) Two to three months in, emailed to get progress report. They stated that the pins are going through the deoxiditon cleaning cycle and that the pins were 20 to 30 precent deoxidized. Was told that the pins are not available new. Emailed again couple months later get the excuse that distilled water is hard to get due to Covid. This went on serveral times. Tryed to get a firm timeline on completion. Received a email about up grading to the Gold or Silver plan to get moved up in production line for the sum of another 3,000.00 plus dollars. Call my customer gave him the option to upgrade, which he choose. Paid the fee. This was over a year in to project. They gave us time of November or early December in 2022. Received the harnesses back in mid March 2023. The restoration of the harnesses was far for what we would call restored, more like repaired. Install the harnesses back into the truck, truck won't start. After diagnosing the issue found that the pins in main engine harness were bad for camshaft position sensor. Further inspection also found 10 more pins that needed to replaced and that connectors for the crankshaft and camshaft positin sensor had bad connections. Ordered the pins from Chevy which they had in stock, also got repair pigtails from Chevy. Emailed Wiring Harness Restoration with pictures and explaintion of what we found. Thier reply was that is not from the wiring that the restored and that we are trying to Scam them and thank you for the picture now your warranty is voided! Also was called a Dumbass in their reply. I was told to quit emailing them or they would have their attorney contact us. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
