Wise Air John Saito Johannes Saito Wise Air Inc Took multiple application fees, never ran credit, lied about legal records, and refused refund Mount Juliet Tennessee

John/ Jay/ Johannes Saito of Wise Air in Mount Juliet, TN  collected several application fees for a place he was renting, and had them all sent to Wise air where the applications would be processed. He never ran the credit and does not debate that. He never asked for follow up  pay stubs, bank statements, or anything. He made promises to call back, and never did. He did not return emails and text messages. Then when the people ask why, he says there was no need to run credit because the applicants were in legal trouble.

The legal trouble was a lie. I provided proof that I had no prior or upcoming cases in any court where I had lived. I undergo a federal background check at work annually. John just raked in as many application fees as he could and stiffed everyone after keeping them waiting for a week. Very deceptive business practices. I would never uses someone who tells blatant lies to take petty amounts of money.
