This choice seemed highly questionable, even to one of the co-founders, Stephen, who had a conversation with us during the second month. It was bewildering to realize that even the company's own co-founder couldn't fathom the reasoning behind such a misguided approach.

To compensate for the lack of results, the Campaign Specialist suggested that the billing for the next month would be pushed back, offering us a month of service free of charge. However, to our dismay, we were billed for the subsequent month, despite their promises. To make matters worse, the same specialist who made the offer conveniently claimed that he lacked the authority to provide billing concessions. This blatant disregard for their own commitments only reinforced our growing suspicion that Woosender.ai is an untrustworthy and dishonest company.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against entrusting your business with Woosender.ai. They fail to deliver on their promises, lack expertise in choosing appropriate campaign strategies, and demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. There are numerous alternative options available in the market, offering more reputable services at a significantly lower cost. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the disappointment of dealing with Woosender.ai.
