I placed an order of fine point pens from World Dealz, LLC on Amazon. The company, however, didn’t have it in-stock and it wouldn’t be available until six weeks later. Which is odd because if a company didn't have the office supplies in-stock, then it never should’ve advertised that it did.

Customer rep Axeem said if I wanted a refund, I would have to log into my Amazon account and contact him directly. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. World Dealz has a partnership with Amazon where it can remove negative feedback on its seller profile. Please keep in-mind if you want to purchase over-the-counter medicine, beauty products, or office supplies but if it’s being sold by World Dealz, don't buy from them. It’s either going to be out-of-stock or, if they do have it, it’s a Made in China knock-off priced the same as the legitimate product.
