Wrap-tite Packaging Supplies By Mail PBSM Ordered pallets of 25.3lbs cases got in 20 to 23lbs cases of stretch wrap..no adjustments no pickups no replacements;"others don't complain"

This company is very fraudulent on Amazon as Packaging Supplies By Mail and off as Wraptite. The owner Sunil is very fraudulent and dishonest. He has once tried to charge me  separate orders for 1truck shipment counting each product like a separate shipment multiplying the shipping charges with each separate order he created. He lightens cases by 5 lbs on a 25.3lb/case pallets order and claims it's only 10% variance. His wrap starts thick then thins out 1/2 way thru the roll to less than 30guage so that if you return it he can say it's already 1/2 used..no refunds! His restocking fees are 20% of total price of the roll..He changes his website case weights to cover whatever issues he's currently having with his customers so his weights change weekly on his item numbers. His website is full up surcharges unheard of in the industry..if he has your money he doesn't EVER give refunds.
