I have been repeatedly harassed by a marketing company that operates under several different names and offers various services. Despite being on the Do Not Call list and explicitly requesting them to stop calling me, they have persisted in making unsolicited calls to my cellphone, attempting to sell me financial products.

Upon visiting their purported business address, I was surprised to discover that it was merely a coffee shop. Further investigation revealed that this company is actually a front for a network of eight other scam businesses, including loan scams, lead scams, marketing scams, and credit repair scams.

I fell victim to one of their scams, paying $1,000 in advance fees for a business loan. However, instead of providing the promised loan, they began applying for multiple personal loans in my name without my knowledge or consent. These unauthorized applications resulted in numerous hard inquiries on my credit report, potentially damaging my creditworthiness.

When I confronted them about this unauthorized activity and demanded a refund, they refused to cooperate. They claimed that the loan would be provided by private lenders, but offered no further details.

I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company and its affiliates. They are a fraudulent organization that preys on unsuspecting individuals, causing financial harm and distress. Please save yourselves from this terrible experience and do not give them any money or personal information.

I am currently working to rectify the damage inflicted by their actions and am seeking legal counsel to pursue appropriate action against this unscrupulous company.
