Yurii Gryshchenko pretends to be new people on Freelancer (https://www.freelancer.com/u/progwebroman).He claims to only be able to take crypto and needed to go direct. He uses Payoneer to steal funds. Payoneer (https://payoneer.com/) let's him get away with it since he doesn't resond to disputes.

I’ve already reported it to my bank but I’m also going to need to file federally since this user knowingly commiting fraud and is seemingly looking for funds to support war. I Payoneer to keep their customers safe but it seems they dont care about theft as long as it enriches them.
