Our home was listed for over 300 days at 10,700sqf on Zillow, i made a complaint about the new owners that bought the property surrounding us at 1599 woodlake rd midway ky the so called construction crew was leaving dead deer and deer parts trying to lure our dog off the property to kill her. they figured kill the dog and the elderly couple won't want to live here much longer.

days after my complaint the 10,700sqf went to 4,900sqf this is fraud!! say for example we had 100 acres and rector hayden said no you only have 50acres. so when potential buyers look on Zillow they see 4,900sqf thinking that 2,000 upstairs and 2,000 downstairs thats FRAUD!!!  Not TRUE! the whole first floor is 4,900sqf

We r gettin F$CKED!!

They cut a deal century 21

I don’t blame rector Hayden one bit, my parents aren’t an investment development group with multiple properties and many future transactions with century 21, I would have lowered the size of home also to benefit my corporation and our close friends. But in doing that they basically declared null and void with their oath and signed contract to represent my elderly parents to the fullest extent. Good luck

I need to clarify

First off there is no "OUR” "WE” it’s my parents home and I apologize to them for doing a rip-off report on their home without their knowledge or permission, it is not my place and I didn’t have the right to do it. I’m overly sensitive to their property because their land was stolen years back. When I used the word fraud I wasn’t implying in anyway that a crime had been committed. I used the word fraud in context to deception falsehood I just felt like my parents would be harmed with their home being listed at 4,900sqft people looking for a home 6,000sqft and up will not click on my parents picture on Zillow they will ignore because of size and the changes might mean the sell will take longer. One last thing my dad asked why the change after 300 days? The person said it was an accident. That’s a pretty long accident, so they admitted they lowered it on purpose LOL!!
