To whom it may concern,
Today I returned 2 boxes of a herbal supplement to reduce the craving for smoking. I returned the product today via Federal Express next day delivery. The cost to me for shipping this product was $39.45 (USD). I had to return the package via next day delivery because TMG's customer service person on the phone today was unable to tell me exactly when I had to return the product because she didn't have access to the information, (i am supposed to have 30 days) nor was there anyone available (supervisor or manager) that could assist me.
The young lady was rude and inconsiderate and offered me no solutions to my predicament. The product if it had been billed was over $400.00 (USD) and her solution was to just return it and TMG would write me a check in 4-6 weeks. I don't know about you but $400.00 doesn't grow on trees here in California and I would think you could offer your customers better insight as to the status of a direct debit to their accounts in a situation like this.
