I ordered the product; it didn't work in 30 days so decided to wait longer to see if the product would start working.
My account was then charged the $200+, so I called the company (the phone number worked at that time) and they said I did not return the product in time. My fault.
I received another shipment (3 now that I haven't used) and I have tried to contact them but the two phone numbers that I have found for them are disconnected - the phone number on-line and their website and from my product label, paperwork, and bank statement!
I need to cancel before they take out another $29.95 and I can not get a hold of them to cancel!

After finally getting contact of someone to cancel, they charged me again!!

I was finally able to contact a real company (supposedly) to cancel my account and they acknowledged my cancellation per Paul.
I do not and have not received any new product shipment but another charge of $29.95 was withdrawn from my account October 30. I called them today 12/1/03and they said that another shipment was sent out prior to my cancellation. I WASN'T able to cancel because all phone numbers including the one listed on my credit card statement are disconnected!
Please call and contact the following because I AM MAD and those of you that have also been taken should act upon this also. Treehouse Marketing at customerservice@treehousemarketing.com. You can also contact the 'supposed' owners at Jason Turley at 1-801-836-3433 and Scott Thompson at 801-361-7920.
P.S., Paul said that I can return the product but my account will not be credited because I cancelled it prior to their shipment. BULLS___!

The aforementioned customer service phone number 1-801-802-9023 is for real. Paul is the one I spoke with and I e-mailed to and is the one that sent me an e-mail back stating that my account has been closed as of 10/31/03. Thank you! Good bye and good luck.

I called the 801-802-9023 number. It is the Treehouse Marketing customer service #. I spoke with Paul and I had to e-mail my request for cancellation to info@treehousemarketing.com. So far, so good. Hope this works so no more shipments and withdrawals!!! Hope this helps you as well. Good luck!

I read Darlene's complaint and found other phone numbers in badbusinessbureau and called Jason Turley himself, I was very polite, in turn, he stated he was no longer with the company but gave me Scott Thompson's home phone. I called him and again, was polite. He asked how I got that number and I told him I got it from Jason. I stated that I wanted to cancel my account with him and he gave me the new # for customer service 801-802-9023. I called that # but I got a recording, but I am on the west coast and it would be 6:15 p.m. on the East so I will try tomorrow. Just wanted to inform the rest of you!! Good luck!
