The false claims in Rina's statement is well documented. All fees are non refundable and the terms and of agreement also stated. The amount paid was due for classes given, and the service to prepare her for the Beit Din. Until it was known that she had fraudulently decieved  me and intended to do the same to the Beit Din.In addition, if anyone wishes to see her file, how she fraudulently sought conversion with other intentions and not fully disclose it, it is available. I had to adivse the RCA in Boca to  delete the case, after the mail was return back for having a wrong address. Truly an act of Divine Providence. If anyone wishes to go through any conversion process let it be known, an formal application is made, and all fees and honorarium indicated must be paid. This is a case of a sheker person wanting to convert only for marriage purpose and her boyfriend who is very wealthy Jew, called with threats after it was discovered that she had a boy friend. Had she been truthful, this by no means would have barred her in so proceeding. It was only after the discoveries and violent threat from her and later her boyfriend, that a report was made against her. I dont sell my integrity, nor will I bend for covering up what is the truth.  Sorry but you are wrong on all levels. If any Batay Din in Florida has helped her, she is only a victim of her own lies. There is much more I can say, but your story is truly a Russian Bubemeiser.
