I purchased several (5) of the GGW series videos on DVD and VHS from MRA Video online. I almost immediately received 2 titles on VHS. I sent several emails regarding the status of the rest of my order with no response.

Then I was billed full price for a video I did not order. I finally called MRA Video After several attempts and a 30 min wait I was told as far as the were concerned I had received the order and part of it must have been lost and that by placing an order on their web site I was automatically enrolled in the GGW video of the month club (which was not stated anywhere on the web site).

I was assured the missing titles would be resent over a month ago I have still not received them. To date I have not resolved this issue.
