In October 1999 I purchased a custom built steel bumper from Kennesaw Mountain Accessories for my 1998 Toyota Tacoma. I paid $270 for the product, which was not shipped until January, 2000.
Upon arrival, I found both the fit and finish of the product completely unsatisfactory. The bumper does not fit my truck; it is too short (height) and too narrow. The paint/finish is very rough and not what one would expect to install on a $20,000 vehicle.
The Company has refused to communicate with me. It will not refund my money and has in effect walked away from their defective junk (after taking my money).
I have complained to the GA Better Business Bureau (Atlanta) and the GA Dept. of Cosumer Affairs. Additionally, I have filed a civil action in the NW Phoenix Justice Court, which is scheduled for a hearing in May, 2000
