Saw TV advertisement on how to buy tax certificates for little or no money in our area. Responded to that advertisement, it was $64.45. When received package it consisted of 4 short books, 4 CD roms, 1 DVD. Also included was a welcome letter that is attached, that said if we responded with in a certain period we could receive a personal profile.

My husband Eddie responded but they wanted to speak with the both of us. So Eddie gave them our phone number at their request. They called back at a different time we both they and then we still not available gave us their number to call when we are together and it would take approximately 1 hour.

We spoke to a Bob on 08/19/2004 at 800-508-1835 ext. 214 at 6:30 to 8:30. During this conversation Bob said the John Beck Amazing Profits was looking to have new real estate investment testimonials. Because they needed to update their TV infomercial and asked if we would be interested. We said yes. Bob then explained that we would have to qualify and he would ask both of us a series of questions to see if we qualified for them to be trained by them one on one. Questions like what type of people do we consider ourselves to be, how much knowledge we have about the real estate business, what kind of money are we expecting to make and how much money we had available on our credit cards to use for investments. Because it was better to use other peoples money than our own, and it had easier access to get a hold of Bob seemed to be happy with our answers and he told us to expect to make 1 times your salary in the first year. He would recommend us to the one who makes the final decision.

We then spoke to a Rafael Hernandez he said that Bob is really excited he really recommends you guys to be trained by John Beck's personal assistant.

Rafael asked some of the same questions and then told my husband and me that we would receive a package in the next few days that included some important tools we needed to use in helping us learn tax investments. And that we would receive 10 training sessions (We originally thought I remembered it was for 1 hour each but ended up being 20-30 minutes long) that will show us in the beginning to show us what to buy and what not to buy and how to go about obtaining it so we could recoup our initial investment back, and then some more to invest in another property.

And then will proceed to train us on how to do this on our own for the next 6 months until we are trained with unlimited calls to our trainer with any questions. He then told us how much it would cost. $7,485.00 and that it was tax deductible (which it was not according to account) and we would recoup that money within 90 days.

Rafael said they are going to ask us to record our conversation and when they do they will say things like this is a student/teacher relationship and that there is no guarantees involved in this program at all but they have to say that. So just agree with them. And we did. We the recording was complete they took the credit card information down. It was split up on two different cards.

Within 5 days I received a package that included an enrollment confirmation sheet and a questionnaire. All is attached. I filled it out and faxed it back to them on 08/24/2004.

Monday, August 30, 2004 was our first training session with a Curtis. And so have been every week except one that he had skipped out on. 09/14/2004 explained personal problems rescheduled a later date the following week. During some meetings having told us general information on how to look for real estate in our neighborhood, online, and to find a real estate agent to find them for us. Also Curtis Johnson has given me a few websites to look at to find property most do not tell me anything about it. And other sites cost more money to join just to give me information. Nothing that speaks of buying tax liens or tax certificates.

I asked him to do one because he was sure that wasn't the case when he did he then said the same things as I did. The site is not telling us what we need to know. And then gave me 3 or 4 more. Which they did not tell me anything either. In reality he has detoured me away from buying tax certificates and trying to buy directly from BID4ASSETS.COM only. And it was explained that it was our fault that we have not purchased anything yet. He said even if it was across the United States (there is none in our area) we could still buy them and resale them back on BID4ASSETS.COM or by other ways for a higher price. He told us the goal was to look for things in the $800 to $1000 range and resell it at least get a $10,000 profit. Sounds good but too risky for us or anyone to take without seeing the property first.

My complaint is that we have been misled into thinking we could easily get tax sale certificates over the counter (did not get sold in the tax). They do not do that in our area they just got resold the next year's tax sale. According to the Treasurer's office. When I told them that we were routed back to buying online. I feel like we were victims of our ignorance in the real estate tax certificates. I feel deceived and misled by John Beck's program. I know we had 3 or 4 more sessions left. But when they just keep saying the same thing about buying online or tell you to contact a real estate agent whom anyone could do.

I feel sick thinking we had been scammed. We paid a whole lot of money thinking we were going to be making lots of money easy since we were being trained by the ones that highly trained John Beck's personal assistant. We are not being taught anything usable except maybe to not believe in what someone tells you. In turn we were being taught to do the same thing to others. Sell property to someone who is ignorant in the true value of it. Curtis one time even gloated how in his training classes there was a property sold for $53,000 and found out it was worthless it was in the bottom of the lake.

Serious Tips For Kimberly. EPN often attempts to collect on debts, which cease to exist.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 29, 2005

Hey there Kimberly,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and heath.

KIMBERLY: First of all thank you to all who gave a response to the John Beck Scam.

REID: You are very welcome. We've all been through it.

KIMBERLY: I have been contacted by phone and turned over to the EPN Collection Agency.

REID: Whatever you do Kimberly, do not send EPN any money. EPN is a fraudulent collection agency.

1. EPN often attempts to collect on debts, which cease to exist.

2. EPN randomely selects their victims, in which they harass.

3. Fraudulent businesses like John Beck's send their collections to EPN, even if a victim wins a favorable decision in a credit card dispute???

4. EPN is a fraudulent collection agency just piggy backing other fraudulent businesses.

KIMBERLY: I had to send a letter to them in response as to why I was not going to pay them money.

REID: Tell EPN to F%CK OFF! Notify EPN, that they are never to contact you again. Any attempt to contact you will have serious reprocussions and will be met with law enforcement envolvement.

Contact the Federal Nuisanse Bureau and file a report regarding the fraudulent EPN. Notify the Federal Nuisanse Bureau, that you were being harassed by a fraudulent collection agency and that you have warned EPN to cease all contact.

Be sure to also file reports with the FTC, FBI, Consumer Protection and the like.

KIMBERLY: First off John Beck was trying to get collections on the full amount.

REID: F%ck John Beck! This "product of incest" is fully aware, that his programs are fraudulent and thus sends claims to EPN (fraudulent collection agency), even when someone has sucessfully won a favorable decision in a credit card dispute.

KIMBERLY: I had received only 1/2 credited back from a credit card. Innitial cost$7,485.00 split on 2 diff. credit cards. One credit card went in my favor and the other went in John Beck favor. GO FIGURE?

REID: Refer your credit card company to this website to view the many other unexplained reports regarding the unsrupulous John Beck.

Request that your credit card company send you a detailed explanation as to why the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute won a favorable decision.

Notify your credit card company, that you you'll be exercising your right to free speech by posting their explanation through a rebuttal. If their explanation is valid, they'd have no problem with this and would not be opposed to the idea.

KIMBERLY: Any how John Beck turned my to collections for the full amount. When I questioned EPN, Inc. They fumbled around with why it was this way. I really could not figure out why this was done.

REID: Because EPN is a scam, that's why!

KIMBERLY: John Beck had sent me a letter for REFUND AGREEMENT. They are authorizing a refund in the amount $3742.00 and they will be withholding $3,742.00 for shipping, handling, administrative fees and services. If I return all products un-used and un-opened.

REID: First off Kimberly, do not attempt to obtain a refund from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

Any and all refunds should be squared solely with your credit card company through a dispute. John Beck Mentoring Institute is fraudulent business and that is why you'll notice, that they have never given anyone a refund.

KIMBERLY: First problem is I have already recieved $3,742.00 from my charge back on credit card. It is the last $3,742.00 I am needing to get back.

REID: This is not a problem. You should have no problem obtaining the other half. If I were you, I'd send a copy of the "successful dispute" letter over to the credit card company, that failed to see the dispute in your favor.

Once again, request that your credit card company send you a detailed explanation as to why the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute won a favorable decision.

Notify your credit card company, that you you'll be exercising your right to free speech by posting their explanation through a rebuttal. If their explanation is valid, they'd have no problem with this and would not be opposed to the idea.

KIMBERLY: I had sent them a letter in response for them to revise the Refund Agreement to a total refund and to drop the collections against me. I gave them till 3/31/05. A Jessica had responded to my letter and wanted to discuse the terms of it. I havent returned her call yet.

REID: Once again, do not attempt to negotiate a refund with the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute. Sever all ties with this fraudulent business. When have they ever issued someone a refund?

Until next time, take care Kimberly cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Warning: Fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute Has Implemented Yet Another Service To Their Already Existing Scam!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 17, 2005

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: Don't fall for any claims made by any Real Estate "guru" claiming to be interested in sharing his or her unproven "weath building" strategies to total strangers. They're all scams, regardless of how the imbreeds choose to disguise their programs.

BEWARE: The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute has now included "WEBSITE TRAINING" to their already fraudulent program.

I guess we can all look forward to another year or so of accumulating reports regarding the John Beck scam or "mentoring" scam in general.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

John Beck Mentoring Institute And EPN Are Scams.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 16, 2005

Hey there Kimberly,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

I guess by now you are aware, that you've been duped. Phone your credit card company immediately to express your interest in disputing the fraudulent transaction. The transaction is fraudulent!

Believe me, there is absolutely nothing genuine about the John Beck Mentoring Institute or their programs. Also... do not worry about having your claim sent to John Beck's fraudulent collection agency (EPN).

EPN is just a bunch of imbreeds trying to give off the impression, that they're a legitimate colection agency. The fact that these turds randomly select who they'll be harrasing is proof positive that they're phoney.

I invite the head honcho imbreed from EPN to contact me. I have been scammed by John Beck's fraudulent mentoring team and have successfully taken every penny back.

Now if EPN were a legitimate collection agency, they would have contacted me a long time ago.
EPN and fraudulent businesses work hand in hand. May all the employees of the fraudulent EPN rot in hell and later be reincarnated with their incestuous families.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
