Thompson Cigar apparently has a practice of changing the shipping amount on customer's orders AFTER the order has been placed. They claim that the amounts change and they can't get an accurate amount until the day after the order is placed at the warehouse.
I was out of town for a week and came home to find my order delivered, but that I had also been charged 4 times as much for shipping than what my PRINTED invoice had shown.
Calling Thompson does no good either. They refuse to do anything. See for yourself. I went to the BBB to file and complaint and saw that there are 30+ other complaints filed against them in the past few years. They average a complaint a month.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
