I notified American family Fitness, the originator of the contract, on 9/7/05 as to the change in my banking information. 10/1/05 AFF sold their accounts to National Fitness Financial Systems. They debited the wrong account on 10/15/05 causing me to pay $25.00 in overdraft fees. I called and spoke to a rep giving the correct info. 10/25/05 the debited the wrong account again. I called Stacy and she said she had the correct info but did not know why it did not work. As of 12/27/05 I have provided them and their "collection division" the correct info no less than 15 times. I beleive they have added late fees intentionally as well as intentionally causing me damages. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, BBB, Consumer Affair as well as the AG in Utah and Virginia.

I called the corpotate office of American Family Fitness and explained everything in detail and faxed them all of the necessary documents. They have been more than accomadating. National Fitness Financial Systems nor their "collection company" Matrix Acceptance has bothered to return any of my calls. I received confirmation of receipt of my complaint I filed with the Federal Trade Commission. I also spoke to them and gave additional information on MAtrix Acceptance as well as National Fitness Financial Systems. I advised the FTC that Matrix Acceptance violated the FDCPA and American Family Fitness DID NOT have knowledge of the violattions. They assured me an investigation had already started against Matrix Acceptance and National Fitness Financial ONLY.
