Union Institute And University incompetent ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

This university has been in trouble with the Board of Regents and the Department of Education. They were required to revamp their programs and the result has been loss of financial aid for students and unnecessary excessive expense.

They continue to lose forms and to penalize learners for UIU imcompetencies. They hire and layoff faculty and place the burden on the learners to find individuals to replace the ones they laid-off.

They change the rules and penalize the learners when they are not in compliance with the new rules. They claim to be nearing APA accreditation and when I contacted APA, I was told they only made enquiries and never followed through on applying. Because they are not APA accredited, internships are almost impossible to secure.

The list of violations and damages is extensive and cannot possible be cited in one entry. I have a lengthy list of learners who would like to participate in a class action lawsuit. However, most of us have invested so much time and expense, we would want part of the suit to involve UIU assisting us in all possible ways in order to help us achieve our degrees and in as expedient a manner as possible. We don't know if that is possible.

Many people have dropped out of UIU because of the loss of financial aid that they were denied as a result of UIU incompetencies and because they could not afford the signature loans to continue.

The list goes on. They continue to be a thorn in all learners' sides. Anyone considering attending UIU should speak to the present learners before applying.
