Its a scam. go to www.ftc.gov and search Dennis Wong. They claim he was the founder of the company.
He wasn't. He was friends with the man who started Mall Ventures, Inc. John Morgan was the real founder. Dennis worked with him closely convincing people to join a pyramid scheme/ponzi scheme company in which you would sign up as a representative for a fee.
Here is how its a pyramid and not MLM: The VAST majority of the revenue is made by recruitment. It is as simple as that. There is no legit MLM company in the world that pays for recruitment.
Some legitimate companies are : Mary Kay, XanGo, Avon. NOT Yor.Net.
Please people, dont be stupid. If you have already signed up for the company, I'm SO sorry. Just call your credit card company and get them to give you your money back. Yor.NET will not put up a fight as they dont want to attract legal attention.
Just read what it says about YOR.NET and IXP.NET on www.ftc.gov. i'm not saying this because i'm mad. i'm saying this because i dont want people to make the same mistake i did.
Robbie Hendricks is a liar and a cheat. He lives off of his parents, Milton and Karen Hendricks, both relatively successful businesspeople. All of Robbie's expensive suits and clothing are paid for by his parents. Robbie's car was paid for by his parents.
go to www.yorempire.net. robbie made this website. he showed it to me after he met with me and his "business associate" ephriam. I googled robbie's name and found a few other people who were scammed. i looked at his myspace and messaged a few of his friends.
the responses were obvious. dont be an idiot. just call your credit card company and get your money back.

Yor Health IS Legit
AUTHOR: Sarah M. - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, September 14, 2011
So ran across this ridiculous page while trying to find new training material for my Yor Health Team. First of all, My name is Sarah and I am 30 years old. I have been with Yor Health for 3 months. At first my thoughts were..Is this real? Can I do this? and Who can help me? In the first 3 months my questions have been answered. YES..YES..and The YOR Health TEAM. I have never been involved with an organization with this much integrity and caring people. Including..your reference..Robbie Hendricks. I am not sure who is telling these lies about this very well reputable man ..but, whomever it may be, is wrong! I have met him over a dozen times and he is not a liar, a scammer, or "using his parents for their money"..lol. In fact it is the direct opposite. He is full of truth and even when it hurts he will be honest with you. This is not a scam!! I have LOST 27 lbs in 10 weeks!! That is totally awesome. After giving birth to my son, I was not sure if I would be able to lose the weight..EVER. And Now I have! I have many others with testimonials from..digestive health issues, weight issuues, fibromayalgia, and MUUUCCHH more! Also by just referring to my friends and family something that has helped me, I have made well over $2000.00 in the first 3 months and have gained a TEAM of lifelong friends. I really am truly sorry for anyone that has ever had a Bad experience with our company but, as far as throwing people inder the bus and spreading ridiculous lies about him..That is just flat out WRONG!! I have been a woman of faith for my whole life. God gives me discernment and helps me to see good and evil. I won't let someone defamate someones character with wrongful allegations. Yor Health has been a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to many more years to come. Just to add a little something....Scams are not inducted to the DSA(Direct Sales Association, BBB (Better Business Bureau) or GMP certified. Thank YOU..I hope this cleared up any confusion.

Original Report is Correct. I was a victim of IXP.net

After a couple messages, he began asking me if I wanted to join his company and started namedropping all of these names I had never heard of... like Robbie Hendricks, Dennis Wong and Michael Mo. He started storytelling about how these great guys had made so much money with IXP. Their trick is that once they reel you in, they have you meet all of these other people who had "made it big" telling great stories of how one guy drives several miles, lives out of his van while building his "network"... or in other words his pyramid. For this same guy who has built such a big "network" with IXP and has made so much money for so many years, I later ran into him working part time at Olive Garden.
Another guy who is in this IXP ring was also talked up to have made so much money... but I later found out he also works part time at Starbucks as a barista.
Nothing against working at Starbucks or Olive Garden, but if these folks had made such a great living, why did they need the part time jobs? They don't tell you about these folks' part-time jobs because they want to paint a paradise in your head.
After meeting the rest of the IXP members, they all act as if you are part of the family. Once you feel connected, you don't want to leave is what they are hoping for.
Once I signed on, paying $700 to start this up, I asked to see this amazing product.... For the two months or so that I was with this "company", I hadn't seen it... Everytime I asked Joe Bower to see it so that I can start learning about the product and sell it, he kept changing the subject.
They feed on your network of friends and coach you with pressuring methods. Prior to these "meetings" I had set up with my friends so that my friends can sit and chat with Joe Bower about IXP, Joe had said to make him sound like the greatest manager EVER so that my friends would automatically have the notion that this Joe Bower guy has had years of experience and should be well respected.
Why do they want this you ask? So that people automatically think that this IXP "sales manager" knows what he's talking about.. so that any skepticism leaves the prospect's mind. During these coaching periods, I was taught to be super enthusiastic and excited about this product and also say how the "leaders" at IXP has made so much money.
During these meetings, the sales pitch comprised of 5% about the product and 95% about how to make money off of your friends.
I began losing many friends through this IXP process, because they didn't like the pressure (that I was coached to apply to my friends if they refuse to meet with Joe to talk about IXP) and also they found that this was a very fishy "business" and that it was a pyramid scheme. When Joe saw that I was getting irritated with this system and didn't want to lose anymore friends, he had said that there is another way to cheat the system.
IXP had allowed a member to put in another $700 (on top of the initial $700) to create an arm on the network tree (pyramid). Meaning, initially the goal was to sign up only two people. However, I could buy out one of my two members by paying another $700. I don't know why I did this, but at this point, I think I was very much brainwashed. This additional $700 essentially made Joe Bower some money on his pyramid.
After losing maybe 5 friends and $1400 in two months, I had decided to drop IXP along with Joe Bower and the rest of the IXP cult.
After I left a voicemail saying that I didn't want to be part of this anymore, Joe and one of his IXP buddies took turns calling me one after the other for 20 minutes straight to see if I would pick up after hearing annoying rings. I did not pick up their phone calls, defriended all of these folks off of facebook and myspace... and my life had significantly improved ever since!
I forgot to mention that during my stay at IXP, they kept saying that their product launch will be worldwide and they will go public the following summer. I believe that following summer, IXP had changed names due to the high volume of people getting scammed and posting their experience on the web.
Also, some current news, Joe Bower has moved on to a new way of scamming folks at YOR Health. Needless to say, YOR Health has the same amount of scam postings. No surprise, because YOR Health has many of the same folks running it.

All Love, not Hate Y'all

I used to be in IXP.net which is now yor.net. I left the company a couple years ago, but I hold no animosity to it. I don't understand why some people are so angry against it either. You either do it or you don't, and if you lose something while doing it, that's a choice, and it's not the company's fault it - it is yours.
To hear some people wanting to take the company down and other threats is just crazy. Just don't do it if you don't like it. It's for some people, not for others. For me, I admit I was never gung-h*o, I did it because at that time I needed it. I didn't care about making money, so I didn't. make any. But what I gained was the love of self-improvement, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, more self-confidence, easier to make new friends, etc.
It was a stepping stone in my life, and I am thankful for it. I still read the books and use some of the skills I learned in youth development, training and in my jobs. Many of the people are good people in it and I cherish the time that I had with them, because it was a lot of fun. Personally attacking people tells more about the accuser than the accused. These reps are doing what they believe in and if you get to know them, they are really good people who got your back. After you leave the company, none of them hate me or hold it against me. They do what they do, I do what I do, we are all still cool.
Since then, I graduated from university and have developed youth leadership conferences and helped to develop some small businesses, in which I want to start my own in the near future. I eventually want to do work in third world countries. I don't do it anymore, but IXP, or Yor, was a stepping stone to what will be the mosiac of my life. Life is a marathon where you take every experience mold you to who you will become. Love what you do, get rid of self-defeating hate that will eat you up inside, and just live the best life you can. All we got is each other in this cold world, we're better than the beasts, let's spread the love y'all.
Peace.

An outraged friend, and ex-rep
AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

Hi,
I am an ex-rep of Yor, that worked very closely with Robbie and I am offended by the way he is talked about here because he is a very close friend of mine (even after I quit working with yor), I thought I would post a rebuttle with facts instead of opinions that obviously doesnt know anything about this company, him, or even the founders (John Morgan, try Jeff Morgan, and he isnt even a part of the company anymore - Dennis Wong bought his share because Jeff Morgan was the reason this company had a bad image).
I have been friends with Robbie for over 9 years, since we were 15 in high school, and know exactly how his parents are, and how they treated him when he joined this company. He came from a successful family, though his parents were only supportive of him assuming he did what they were okay with - which was corporate. I remember in high school when Robbie worked 40 hours a week on top of high school to buy his first car. His parents hated it, we worked on cars together. They were negative all the time with him because he and I were passionate about it.
His parents practically disowned him when he pursued the company full time - I was there when they cut him off completely. I remember that he bought all his clothes, everything, already, because thats how they taught him - to take responsibility for himself. Its no surprise he did well in that company. He was forced to, because they cut him off completely. For those of us that know him, thats what makes this article so hilarious - we have seen his parents openly cut him down for pursuing something different. The last thing they would do is help him financially, lol.
I guess whenever you do something great someone has to cut you down, but if you look at this article, you will find something interesting. See how it is by "Paris"? There was another article on here reporting the horrible work of Ben Decker, by Paris, someone that Ben had manipulated. Ben has since left this company, to my knowledge, but has since made it his priority to make the company look bad because he couldnt cut it. He tried to sleep with his downlines (a team that still exists and flies today from my understanding, obviously because of Robbie's help after he left them), talked behind everyone's back, and openly manipulated everyone. Robbie tried to save his career, I saw it happen with my own eyes. Ben even talked about that article that was written about him and how he created a name on Rip off Report as Paris to rebuttle what she wrote about him so he didnt look bad. It appears he also used that name to defame Robbie. The last thing his parents would do is pay for anything, I saw it since he was 15. He even paid for his own college on his own after his scholarship. Not to mention, I have never heard Robbie promote that he is wealthy, a millionaire, or anything. And I do know also, that he does do well for himself, but he is one of my humblest friends. The last thing he would do is hype - I remember that he rarely even did cheers with his group because he didnt like to be loud. I mean...that might not be good...lol, you have to rally people. But he didnt even do that very often.
Take it from me - one of his close friends. Ask anyone he works with, or HAS worked with, he does nothing but help and love the people he works with. Even me, I quit the company openly - it was not for me anymore, and we are still close. My girlfriend and I are great friends with him and his girlfriend - he doesnt try and get me to come back. I pursued college, and he was super supportive. Thats what friends do. I dont know if everyone in the company is legit (the company is, thats for sure - but people may be sketchy - it is network marketing), but Robbie is one of the greatest friends I have had, and I have seen him fight, stay up late, and work his butt off for his team and friends more than anyone else in this business. He has fun all the time, plays frisbee, and has helped me through more than enough in my life, business, relationships, family, etc.
This is blatent libel against Robbie, and I told him about this article....he said he didnt care, that its just how some people react. Well I do, I am his friend, and want to see him succeed, and not see anyone else cut him down. he has had my back my whole life, and I will have his.
Thanks,
Mike
