I purchased a Auto Warranty from Jason Flowers and Dave Gardener of Warranty Experts. They state all over their website and in writing that the warranty is 100% refundable if no claims have been made before the contract expiers. I decided to sell my car and called and spoke with Jason Flowers before doing so to ask for info on how to cancel and get a 100% refund. He informed me to fax the bill of sale along with something in writing stating that I wanted to cancel. A month went by and now word. So I called and Mr Flowers AGAIN stated to refax it. However...a week later I got a phone call from Dave Gardener. His first words included "Can you read broad?" and "Is your husband there maybe he can read?" He was also making MANY more rude comments and would not let me talk. He stated he no longer worked with MBA (The company he purchased my warranty from since he is just a broker.) so that I will no longer get my money back. He then hung up on my after a lenghty 10 minute phone call of degrading remarks about myself as a woman and a client. My boss was sitting there the whole time, heard EVERYTHING, and was APPAULED. I tried calling back immediately after being hung up on to Jason Flowers whom I had always spoken with before. He hung up on me as well as soon as I told him my name and aked why he had been dishonest. Then neither would answer my calls. The receptionist kept stating that they were out of the office. Then I had my husband call 2 seconds later using a different name and surprise they were BOTH there in the office. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD and not to mention RUDE, unprofessional, and a disgrace to warranty companies and to any business in general. I am not out $2256.00 that I was promised several times by Jason Flowers and Warranty Experts. It is even all over their website plain as day. Please see the following links with MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for proof:
autoandtruckwarranty.com/warranty-benefit.asp and on their main page at
warrantyexperts.com/
They are liars, frauds, and unbelieveably degrading. Not to mention RUDE, unprofessional, and a disgrace to warranty companies and to any business in general. I am in complete shock about this situation. I never saw it coming.

#1 UPDATE Employee

100% Money Back Guarantee

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 17, 2007

Ashley purchased a 4 year warranty policy from us on 2/21/06. The warranty policy is still in effect until 2/21/10.

Ashley still has the warrranty policy and it is still in effect and now she wants the 100% Money Back Guarantee as well.

Yes, You do the math. She wants the warranty for FREE. What a Country!

She is the person who should be listed on this website. I guess she figures every company that does business in the world should just give their products away.

I am enclosing a copy of the Terms and Conditions that are clearly posted on our website http://www.warrantyexperts.com/warranty-faq.asp

Money Back Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

If you have no claims of any kind before the full term agreement expires, We will refund you the full purchase price of the extended service contract. The following terms and conditions apply.

1. You must own the warranty policy until the full term expires to qualify.

2. The vehicle or boat must be registered in the name of the policy holder at the time of warranty expiration for refund.

3. Only the following terms apply for refund:

New - 6 and 7 year policies
Used - 3 and 4 year policies

4. You must remit a copy of the original quote and warranty policy 30 days or 1,000 miles before the warranty expires to apply for the 100% refund.

I think these Terms and Conditions are pretty self explanatory.

You can't still own the policy and get your Money Back!

Warranty Experts have been in business over 20 years. Our claims reputation is impeccable, 0 claims complaints in that time and in the warranty business that's unheard of. We try our best to make everybody happy in every situation but in Today's world that's impossible. I will personally handle any unhappy customer and that not many!

Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Sincerely,

Dave Gardner
