These individuals: Bill Menchaca and John Wilson make up a General Agency Insurance name and then get a bunch of agents to write insurance for them. They only pay the agents out of their agency. They start paying the agents commissions pretty quickly to mislead the agents. Then when the agents get up to speed and start writing some real business, they don't get paid.
When we call to see where our commissions checks are they tell bold face lies. Then they take the money and run, close down the agency and within the next week, have a new Agency name and start up all over again. They owe lots of agents money and did this same gig last year apparently. They are now in the process of setting up their 3rd Agency this year...now called Advanced health and life, out of Nasville TN. Their new address is 622 N. 1st Street, Nasville TN 37207 and the new phone number is 615-577-7281.
