I just had to cancel my card after 3 months of repeated charge-backs, requiring signed complaints to my bank detailing my Never-answered, and repeated failed attempts to both complain to and then quit all dealings with them -- by email, by on-line forms, by telephone. Nada

"Adult Video Rental" practically assumes customers don't want to explain to banking or credit card companies why "CBT Media Group" is too sleazy to describe.

My experience with their Plan was this: "Queue at least a dozen titles" ... expect the dullest few first, forget receiving in 4 months Anything that might have topped the queue .. then expect to pay not just the standard minimal fee, but "Up-Graded" to more videos per month ... MEANING maybe they send One video per month (or less) costing more to rent than its outright purchase price.

Within 6 weeks the scam was blatant. And after every possible means made to complain, Quit, cancel, decease, unsubscribe, they keep billing at the "Upgraded" price despite repeated charge-backs by my credit card company.

The sad truth is this: if a person can contribute to sex-ed, sex-therapy, God bless her/him. But the parasitic Pimps at WantedList.com/CBT Media Group explain nothing more than ripping off everyone they deal with. Deceitful or incompetent, a pimp is just a pimp.
