We found Stem to Stern via the web and ordered some engine parts on August 10, 2007. Leadtime was given as 10 days. We paid by MasterCard and the purchase sum has been deducted.
We have repeatedly tried to contact the company after the goods were supposed to have beed despatched but despite 20 or 30 attempts have not succeeded.
The company does not answer eother our e-mails or our messages left on voice mail.

You are not the only one to be taken by this company. I have been trying to contact them concerning the same problem (they took my money but won't deliver) for over a month. They refuse to answer any of their phone extensions(I've called over 50 times) or reply to left messages and emails. On top of that they are selling memberships that are supposed to include an online mechanic to answer your questions. The only problem is they never answer your questions which in my opinion is false advertising and fraud!
In my opinion people should avoid this company at all costs to prevent from being ripped off!
