I ordered business cards on vistaprint.com.
Following month I had I charge of $14.95 on my Amex from businessmax. I wasn't aware of anything I would order from this company and when I searched internet I discovered they are linked to vistaprint.
I sent them an e-mail and received answer that when I was ordering my business cards I clicked on the link which signs me up for their services and allow them to charge $14.95 every months as a membership.
I answered the e-mail that I didn't authorize any of that and asked them to close my account and refund the money...
I didn't receive any reply and following month I had another charge of $14.95 on my cc.
I am going to dispute this charges now and try to get my money back. I will never order from vistaprint again!!!!

All we did was call 888-840-6296 I demanded they cancel my relationship to all of their companies (one being YOURSAVINGS) and that they put the money back in my account by 5:00 pm or I was going to contact the FBI Internet fraud task force and file a civil complaint.
That is all we had to do! They verbally said that they would refund the money today.
They did as I asked and just sent me the following:
Dear xxxxx,
We would like to let you know that your BusinessMax membership and benefits privileges were cancelled on 03/17/2008 per your membership terms.
We value you as a loyal customer and hope that you will continue to use VistaPrint for your printing needs. Please enjoy 250 Premium Business Cards, FREE. You may enjoy this offer now, or with a future order. Be sure to click thru the link on the email in order to take advantage of this offer.
Thank you for choosing VistaPrint!
