Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought several Discus from Two Fish Guyz. Two arrived dead and the third died within hours. I contacted them immediately and sent pictures. They refused to refund the payment and made endless excuses. When I contacted them a second time, they became rude and used profanity. They actually used the F--- Word. Also, not only were all of the fish dead, even if they had lived, they were all well over an inch shorter than I ordered (barely one inch).

First off, we have NEVER sold fish to anyone in Alexandria, VA, EVER.
Secondly, we have literally NEVER had a discus arrive dead or die within hours.
Thirdly, we have NEVER sworn or used profanity with one of our customers.
We are very aware who this individual is and he is from Dallas, TX and not from Alexandria, VA. He got upset when his fish arrived and were a quarter of an inch smaller than the listed size. We have pics sent from this individual that display the size, if anyone is interested in seeing them. Apparently he didn't read our website which clearly states:
"Please Note: Discus sizes are not guaranteed. Occaisonally a discus may be smaller or larger than the size listed. Typically all discus will be within a quarter of an inch of the listed size. We will not refund or replace any discus that is within .5" of the listed size. Please rest assured we are in business to sell quality fish and not to rip our customers off."

We pride ourselves on our fish and our customer service and it's a shame that the Ripoff Report doesn't do a better job of verifying the information and the individuals that post on here.
