ive been looking the internet the past year for a pre-owned rolex and this scam website came in my way..ive browsed it alot and alot of times,there's a link in the website aboutus,each time i clicked on this link,and i read the information about them,from time to time the information is changed one time it said that they are a company based in phili one time they stated they are a company in houston,tx and now they say that they are in los angeles santa monica, i cant believe that there are people with no morals like those people running this scam website.
also the website homepage there is a label that says when the website is last updated, if you noticed this label changes automatically every day, im a web developer and a programmer myself , thats why i notice these things easily, this shows that the people running this website are soo d**n stupid!!!!!
irene i think there's a way to get those people...ill tell you how, to get a website with the type .COM you have to pay money to a service provider to give you a host and a domain, cause there are many types of websites...you can find websites with .net .gov .org .edu...but for sure .COM you have to pay money..so you have to check with all service providers all over the states that host websites which one services this website..i know its very very hard and time consuming but im sure that maybe at the end you'll find the company that hosts this website and if you find this company it can give you the information about the owner of this scam website!!!
im really really really sorrryy for what happened ..but next time just use a credit card..forget about bank wire..and you should have realized the prices that they are offering are way tooo low compared with the real prices of the rolexes that they are offering

I have been looking at this site since Christmas and felt it was a little off the 2007 rolex he offers dont have the lazer ingraved crown but i was thinking of purchasing one any way as i thaught they may just be older models that he had in 2007 for sale again thank you

I have now found out by traced his website that he is closer than what I thought. This man is in Bristol London, possibly based there and has so many names and bank accounts aborad in which he is doing online constantly. I got the name peer in which is french so there is another name to the many lists on names he has.

There is not much that can be done. This man is using many aliases in several states. You've lost your money. Don't throw good money after bad. And NEVER wire money for a transaction. That's a red flag right there. Always use a credit card.

Does anyone know who I can report this fraud to? I have tried my local police station in Scotland UK and they told me they cant help me, I dont know who can help me with this situation?

Did you actually believe you could buy a 2007 Men's Rose Gold & SS Rolex for $1975? What's retail on the watch anyway? The "wire me the money" should have been the second clue.

I have another update on this thugs. This man seems to have a lot of I.Ds. I have now said I was interested in a watch and the man sent me his account name Timothy Rogers! He is definately a Rouge! His name suits him! This time his bank is in Wachovia Bank 1300 Connecticut Ave, NW Washington DC 20036, with his Routing number 054001220 and Account number 1010026611530. This man has many accounts in all different states of America. He needs to be stopped, his website needs put off the net as he is defrauding innocent ones in the world who go on to his website. This has been going on too long and Must come to an end!!

I think you already know what you need to know. You wired your money off, but to where? Who knows? The USA? Maybe. Maybe not. These clowns will change their name & start up again.

Until people absolutely refuse to wire money to strangers for any reason, these scams will continue. This is the same tactic you will read about in those Lottery Winner scams involving a phoney check that you cash and then wire someone the money you got for "taxes & fees".

Remember, if a deal seems too good to be true... it probably IS too good to be true! This also applies to those unbelievable watch deals on ebay, especially those where the seller starts his/her description with weasel words like "I think this is a real Rolex (Zenith, or whatever expensive brand) and ......" And guess what? They are phonies! Like the Brietling auto-chrono (mechanical) auction I saw with a description that started with the words "I think..." That Brietling actually had a quartz chronograph movement in it.... the 12-hour accumulator was in the wrong place! Its bezel was stamped, not machined! It would probably be shipped in uncooked-rice packing......

I have now placed another order on a ladies rolex watch. The information I have recieved is totally different again! The account name is under Richard V. Moore, and is situated in Houston Texas, Is there a group of Nicolas Michaels about?! I have been told to bank wire my money to a Capital One Direct Banking P.O. BOX 4199 Houston Texas Routing Number 051409375, Account Number 8304920158. They must all be stopped!!!!

Next time you buy something by telephone or the web, use ONLY a real bank credit card.... No wire transfers, no checks, no debit cards. If the seller "doesn't do" credit cards, move on.

There are many Rolex watches sold on ebay. You can peruse completed Rolex sales to get a feel for "non-jewelry store" Rolex prices. Just be sure you are viewing the sale of a REAL Rolex, and not a fake. If YOU cannot tell the difference between a REAL Rolex and a fake Rolex, then you should only patronize a trusted jewelry store and pay their price. You will be better off than you are now.
