Favor Frenzy BUYERS BEWARE... SO DISHONEST... HORRIBLE BUSINESS City Of Industry California

Unfortunately I found all the "buyer beware" info about FAVOR FRENZY after I started with all my problems. I just hope that if you're reading this, it is before you order from FAVOR FRENZY.

I ordered lots of ribbon for our school auction. 16 days later, when I still didn't have it, I emailed them. They responded right away with we will re-ship. Which I thought was odd, who immediately re-ships without checking. They said I would have that package in 2-3 days. After a week no package. There email back said they'd have a shipping manager check on it. No emails back. That's when I googled them and saw all the scam/rip-off reports on them.

I have now sent them numerous emails asking for them to call my cell or for a number to call them. I emailed them again to let them know I has seen all the reports on them. They finally emailed back again with "our shipping manager is checking on that." (Same email I got before.) I told them that it was now too late, we needed all the ribbon to make almost 500 auction baskets for our school auction. I told them I wanted a tracking number, and an immediate refund. Now no responses back.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY CAN HAVE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. They have a huge website store and ebay store. I wish there was a way to get the word out to all botential buyers before it was too late.
