Melt It Off With Mitch Gaylord SCAM beware!!! Van Nuys, California

I am so upset with the processes that Melt-it-off with Mitch Gaylord exercise program has with customer service. The people that handle the phones are hard to understand and are not helpful at all. I ordered the package and two days later had not heard from them at all, no email or call. I spoke to a representative and I was told that it take 3-5 days to PROCESS the order and then they can ship (another 3-5 days). It's ridiculous. i canceled the order and was given a reference #.

That evening I received an email stating my order has been processed. I called the next day to see what was going on, I found out that the girl I spoke to and couldn't understand, NEVER canceled my order, made up a reference # and gave me a false ID number for herself. I am LIVID! Finally I spoke to a manager and the order has been canceled, BUT I warn all those who are looking to purchase. DON'T!
